About the Therapist
I am a psychotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my master's degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, where I practiced psychoanalysis for several years. I also earned my social work degree from New York University while continuing to expand my knowledge of psychodynamic psychotherapy and Lacanian psychoanalysis.
My private practice as a licensed psychotherapist in New York State serves clients in New York City and Astoria, Queens.

An Open and Inclusive Perspective
My personal and professional life changed when I immigrated to New York City. This experience was shaped by the human and cultural diversity I encountered in this fascinating city.
I am always enthusiastic about working with and welcoming people from different cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. I have worked with clients from all over the world, without discrimination based on beliefs, sexual orientation, or race.
I believe there is a place for everyone, and this encourages me to keep an open mind, embrace endless possibilities, and welcome those seeking professional support.

My Approach
Although I have extensive experience working with people of different ages and diagnoses, my focus is on relationships.
My goal is to help more people improve their relationships with themselves and with the people around them.
Understand your experiences and emotions.
Explore relationship dynamics and patterns.
Move toward more meaningful connections.
Professional Education and Commitment
I believe in the importance of continuing to grow as a therapist, which is why I keep learning and developing my professional knowledge. I am also a member of the American Association for Psychoanalysis in Clinical Social Work (AAPCSW).
I also conduct immigration evaluations to help immigrant families remain together in the United States. I offer in-person services at my offices in New York City and Astoria, as well as teletherapy and phone sessions for people who live farther away or outside the country.
